1) How are the technical conventions different between 1963 Doctor Who and 2020 His Dark Materials (e.g. camerawork, editing, sound and mise-en-scene)?
Many of the scenes in the 1963 season of "Doctor Who" are choppy with hardly any edits. There is no detail in them and the camera quality is quite low. Furthermore, the image is rather static.'His dark material' from 2020, on the other hand, has amazing, clear camera quality that allows viewers to clearly see details. The episode is also very scene-heavy, which adds to its enjoyment.
